With the new semester now in full swing, stress levels across campus are beginning to climb. From having to find your new classes to convincing yourself to get off the internet and actually do your homework, the first several weeks of the semester can be tense.

According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, physical activity has been proven to increase mental fitness and help relieve stress. Unwind with a nice group fitness class or de-stress with some one-on-one time with your favorite cardio machine. Let your worry lapse while swimming laps in our indoor pool.
